Is it true? that the moon collided with a tiny plant made of rubble from earth's collision with another planet that made the moon and the tiny planet that collided with the moon making the crust thicker on one side.

That is currently unknown, because we don't have anyone who lived them with that knowledge, but based on some facts of Guessing. I would say yes, because another planet near Earth right, well from what I heard, the asteroid that killed the dinos, had another part recoil back into space, and could have hit another part of the asteroid.
