Question 3: a student heated a hydrate fully and determined its percentage of water to be 45%. the student kept it in the crucible and massed it again the following class. this time the student calculated the percentage of water to be 39%. state whether the hydrate gained or lost mass between classes. suggest what might have happened to the hydrate to cause this change. i don’t understand why the percentage went down the 2nd time
