Generally, the proton number of an element is unique to an element .This is why the proton number is also known as the atomic number of an element. The nucleus of an atom contains the proton and neutron and this is what contribute mostly to the weight of an atom. proton + neutron = atomic mass

Atom of same element can have different number of neutron present in the nucleus but the number of proton is always the same. This phenomenon is known as isotopy . Isotopes are atoms with the same number of protons but different number of neutrons.

In the case of these structures, the atomic model on the top right corner and the atomic model on the bottom left corner are isotopes. Their differences is only in the number of neutron but they have the same proton number(atomic number).  The elements possess an hydrogen atom configuration.
