For example:

If 10.0 g of calcium carbonate produced 3.8 g carbondioxide and 6.2 g calcium oxide than according to this law,

CaCO₃  =  CaO + CO₂

10.0 g    =   6.2 g + 3.8 g

10.0 g  =  10.0 g

This reaction followed the law of conservation of mass.
