The catalyst zymase speeds up the reaction by catalyzing the fermentation of sugar into ethanol and carbon dioxide. It is mostly present in yeasts. 

Ch4 is nonpolar and insoluble in water. since all of the hydrogen atoms are evenly spread around the carbon atom even through the c h bond is polar all the poles cancel each other out.

Ithink this is what you meant. the temperature at which a liquid begins to boil is called the boiling point. the boiling point of water is 212°f or 100°c.  and at that point will start to turn into steam (gas)
