To draw the structure of any any organic compound, we must determine the following:

1. The parent chain from the parent name.

2. Substituent groups attached.

3. Know where to start counting from.

4. Know where to place the substituents as it appears on the name.

The structure of 3,4-diethyl-2-methyl-1-hexene is given in the attached document.

We started counting from carbon 1 since the functional group (double bond) in the compound is at carbon 1, thereafter, the different substituent groups are placed at the various carbon as stated from the name.

i don't see a text, but i am gonna assume this *orbit* the curved path, usually elliptical, described by a planet, satellite, spaceship, etc., around a celestial body, as the sun.
