How does amino peptidase differ from carboxypeptidase in terms of protein digestion?

A polypeptide consists of two ends, an N terminal called the amino terminal and an other C terminal called the carboxyl terminal. 

Carboxypeptidase is a protease enzyme that cleaves the peptide bond at the C terminal of an amino acid while aminopeptidase cleaves the peptide bond at the N terminal.
