Given: f(x) 3x-1. g(x) 2x^2-3 =(3x-1) + (2x^2-3)
= 3x-1 + 2x^2-3
=5x^2-4

f(x) = 3x - 1 = 0

f(x) = x = 1/3

By putting the value of x in g(x), we get

g(x) = 2(1/3)^2 - 3

g(x) = 2(1/9) - 3

g(x) = 2/9 - 3

g(x) = -25/9

g(x) = -25/9
