As for A (Indian Ocean trade network), I looked back at the lesson and it doesn't mention anything about D (the Songhai trade network), which rules that one out, so now it's between A and C. I don't think it's C (trans-Saharan trade network) because although it was near the Arabian Peninsula, it said that it trades with civilizations in the Saharan Desert and people who live near the Mediterranean Sea. It also said nothing about trading with Europe (Roman Empire at that time) along the trans-Saharan trade network. So that's why I'm thinking it could be the Indian Ocean trade network because 1. it's the only one that makes sense after we've ruled out the others 2.
