An electric current is a kind of flow of an electric charge that is present in electric circuits that often carried by the electrons in a wire and also be carried by ions in electrolytes or by both ions and electrons such as in a plasma. The possible use of it is in a circuits, connection between wires and the connection of every device

the catch is that the top numbers are atomic masses the bottom numbers are the numbers of protons and electrons in an uncharged atom. they are the number of that atoms as you would find them on the periodic table. further, the numbers on the left are used to determine the missing numbers on the right
