filament is a conducting wire with high melting point and is very thin like a thread through which electricity is passed and is present in most of the electric bulb and appliances.

the leaf is an organ of a typical plant, and the main functions are to complete photosynthesis and allow the plant to exchange gas, just like how we have the respiratory system. leaves have the stomata, which collects maintains co2 and o2 levels. this is necessary for cell metabolism. the leaf also collects sunlight using chloroplasts. succinctly, leaves own a pivotal role in sustaining plant life.

the earth would become to overheated and everything alive on it will eventually die from overheating. plants will eventually die as well, water will evaporate, and it will be nothing but a hot planet without anything living on it.
