Jonty Hurwitz is a sculptor and engineer and created the sculpture shown in the annex to communicate science. This because the sculpture was made with the help of several mathematical rules and computational algorithms that allow that when the sculpture is looked at through a mirror, it reflects the image of a frog. The sculptor's intention was to communicate about the extinction of amphibians all over the world, which occurs on a surprising scale and that can cause the end of these species, making these animals just a reflection of our memory and not something that really exists. This extinction is being caused by a fungus that parasites amphibians. Hurwitz reiterates the need for research that can prevent these fungi from exterminating amphibians.
