How and why do we see colors?

Light receptors inside the eye send messages to the cerebrum, which creates the recognizable impressions of shading. Newton saw that tone isn't characteristic in items. Or maybe, the outside of an item mirrors a few tones and assimilates all the others. We see just the reflected tones.

explanation: it gains negative electrons, therefore becoming negatively charged. as charge cannot be created, nor destroyed, only transferred, this leaves the wool positive. now that they have opposite charges, the two items attract.
