What can milbemycin oxime be applied for?

Prepared by the two natural products, oxidation and oximation, of an 80:20 ratio of milbemycin A3 and A, Milbemycin oxime (http://www.bocsci.com/milbemycin-oxime-cas-129496-10-2-item-56852.html) is a semi-synthetic macrocyclic lactone. As a nematocide and insecticide in veterinary medicine,it opens glutamate sensitive chloride channels in neurons of invertebrates that leads to paralysis by hyperpolarisation of these cells and signal transfer blocking. 

It can be applied for a broad spectrum Insecticide and it's also used for treatment and prevention of heartworm in dogs and cats.
