Molarity is the ratio number of moles of solute to the volume of solution measured in Liters i.e moles/L

$Molarity(M) = \frac{Moles(solute)}{Volume(solution)}----(1)$

Here moles of solute is the mass of the solute divided by its molecular weight.

$moles = \frac{mass}{mol.wt}$

Therefore, based on equation (1), if the volume of the solutions is all the beakers is constant, then the solution with the most solute (moles of solute) will be the most concentrated.
