Both would be considered non-polar and the London Forces are predicted to suggest the opposite boiling point trend (Kr has 83 electrons, Cl2 has 34 electrons). Thus, there must be something other than just the intermolecular forces involved. Draw a picture of the two species and think about how the drawings might give a clue. Have the group describe the ideas generated.
