Social Media’s affect on a user is depending on the individual’s way on using the platform. It is essentially bad when they get addicted and use other people’s pages as a way to set standards. Many posts on social media are superficial and are only the good parts of what they want others to see. Social Media is also impactful in a good way. It is able to bring awareness to social justice issues and re-kindle old relationships broken by the distance or other underlying circumstances. As there are cons, there is a positive way to use the platform provided to you.
