A child places frozen cookie dough on a baking sheet at STP (0.0°C and 101.325 kPa). The cookie batter has an initial volume of 12 mL and contains 0.12 mol of gas.
As cookies are baked to 190°C, 0.13 additional moles of gas are produced by a chemical reaction occurring with the baking soda and the pressure
increases to 105 kPa.
