Can someone please tell me why there are always users sending links in answers? Why isn't stopping them?

seems like a fun educational community but from inside there's much more. People have made communities just to befriend each other. Some people are even here for pleasure purpose. They send links to questions and invites for their meet.

Brainy does bans account on daily basis but a new can be created without any hustle. Since those people are here just for fun so their rank doesn't matters. No loss for them. Some people even have several dummy accounts.
