Why is the air warmer than the water in a pool on a hot sunny morning? due to surface tension because of water’s specific heat because of capillary action due to water’s solvent properties

The pools stay cool because of the Certain amount of water that is in the pool.For Example:If were to go to a Water Park,the water is cool there because it's alot of water.I would take forever for a huge Water Park's water to get hot.
