The media through television, movies, and the internet can affect a person's body image. can books also contribute to this problem? why or why not?

In as much as we disagree on whether or not books can affect a person’s body image, I tend to agree. Unhealthy expectations can be communicated not only through visual medium, but also through print. Diet and relationship books, for example, are very likely to promote a negative body image. And as a result,  a negative body image may lead to health problems such as obesity, depression, and disordered eating.  We should understand that  body image is not affected by visual mediums only.
