There are three steps you should take when planning a database. drag and drop these steps into the correct order.
write down the fields you think you need on a piece of paper
test the fields with some records and actions you will be using in the actual database
revise the fields as needed

As drag or drop method is just copy table with data field structure to same database or to other database. Mostly it falls on same database or type. Drag and drop from Ms-Access database to Ms-Access database.

It is not possible from Ms-Access database to Sql server database by dragging n dropping methods we need to use import and export method.

Writing in paper can used for theory examination but practical no use.

Actual method is creating database and creating table structure and input valid filed data n retrieve the same information is best practices.
