Wheel and ramp: this assignment is to write a python program that makes use of the opengl graphics library to create an interactive wheel and ramp demonstration. the program first displays a simple ground plane on the lower part of the screen window. when the user clicks the right mouse button, a "wheel" is created resting on the ground plane. when the user clicks and holds down the left mouse button, the wheel moves with the mouse. a ramp is also formed with the bottom of the ramp starting about 1/3 of the way across the ground plane from the left edge of the window. this ramp is interactively modified so that the ramp is "under" and supporting the wheel. when the left mouse button is released, the ramp and wheel positions are locked. when the middle mouse button is clicked, the wheel is released and rolls down the ramp and across the ground plane out of the window. only one wheel is active at any given time. after the active wheel rolls out of the screen, another can be created and then interactively positioned to roll out. to challenge yourself: your wheel could have "spokes" so that its rotation as it goes down the ramp is visible. your program should include acceleration for the wheel as it rolls down the ramp. it should also check for or prevent "impossible" wheel and ramp configurations such as the wheel below the ground or the wheel below the ramp. the program should exit when the user clicks the middle or left mouse button while no wheel is on the screen.
