Tell me feature allows to enter the text or phrases about what you want to do and shows features and actions you want to use.

Explanation:

Tell Me is used to help you on what are you looking for and define the term you entered. It contains a text field where you can enter words or phrases about what you want and get to features what you want to use or actions to perform. Outlook 2016 has this feature Tell Me.

To use this

First Click in the "Tell Me what you want to do" text box and then type an action or phrase what you want to do and then click menu command. Now the action or Phrase you want will be displayed.
