Consider a planet where everyone belongs to a family of six, every family lives in its own house, each house has a unique address, and each person in a given house has a unique name. Suppose this planet has a mail service that delivers letters from source house to destination house. The mail service requires that (1) the letter be in an envelope, and that (2) the address of the destination house (and nothing more) be clearly written on the envelope. Suppose each family has a delegate family member who collects and distributes letters for the other family members. The letters do not necessarily provide any indication of the recipients of the letters. A. Using the solution to Problem R1 above as inspiration, describe a protocol that the delegates can use to deliver letters from a sending family member to a receiving family member. B. In your protocol, does the mail service ever have to open the envelope and examine the letter in order to provide its service?

Ihave a music player on my phone. i can buy songs, add them to playlists and play them. obviously it would be redundant to store each song in each playlist; each playlist is just a list of pointers to the songs. for this lab you will simulate this behavior. your program will need to have options to: add songs to the system library (you will store the text of the first line of the song, rather than the audio) add playlists add songs to a playlist list playlists play a playlist list all of the songs in the library with a count of how many times each song has been played remove a song from a playlist remove a playlist remove a song from the library (and thus from all playlists that contain it) note that we will not be checking many error cases. in real programming this would be bad, you should usually try to recognize and respond to as many types of errors as you can. in the context of class we are trying to acquaint you with as many concepts as possible, so for the sake of educational efficiency we will not be checking most errors in this lab, you may assume that your user provides correct input. you may add all appropriate error testing if you wish, but we will not be testing for it.

Dean wants a quick way to look up staff members by their staff id. in cell q3, nest the existing vlookup function in an iferror function. if the vlookup function returns an error result, the text “invalid staff id” should be displayed by the formula. (hint: you can test that this formula is working by changing the value in cell q2 to 0, but remember to set the value of cell q2 back to 1036 when the testing is complete.)
