Moms-n-tots is a non-profit organization which organizes occasional play group sessions where mothers can bring a child for organized play under the direction of a qualified play supervisor. moms may register at the moms-n-tots office any time before the day of the play group. payment must be made at the time of registration. each mom fills out a registration form which includes an email address and submits it with payment to the office secretary. the secretary checks to see if the mom is on the email list. the information on the registration form (including whether she is on the email list) is recorded in the play group file. the payment is recorded in the receipts file and the mom is given a receipt. the day before the play group meets, the secretary uses the play group file and prints out an attendance list and gives it to the play supervisor. after the play group is over the receipts file is used to prepare a financial report which is given to the play supervisor. also after the play group, the secretary adds any new addresses to the email list.
