These data are about traffic related incidents and cell phone usage across US states. We're going to use them to see what we can learn about the relationship between cell phone usage and traffic accidents. The variables are: Variable Name | Description | year | year state | state name state_numeric | a numeric code for each state population | Population within a state numberofdeaths | Number of traffic deaths, in the state cell_subscription | Number of cell phone subscriptions in state in thousands total_miles_driven | Total miles driven within a state for that year (in millions of miles) cell_ban | state has ban on using cell phone while driving text_ban | state has ban on texting while driving **(1b)** Create a scatterplot with `population` on the horizontal access and `numberofdeaths` on the vertical axis.
