Which tab on the ribbon is used to access the global Access 2016 options?

Explanation:

Microsoft Access allows user to configure or adjust general setting option to work with the database software in an Access Option Window. For example, if we wish to set a Default database folder, we can define a target directory path in the Access Options Window.  

To get into the Access Options Window, we go to the File tab and then pick "Options" which is the last selection. An Access Options Window will pop up to enable user to work around with different option settings to meet specific requirements of the user.
