He has created a demonstration architecture where a cell phone user while browsing the Web can pass through multiple access points while maintaining ongoing connections. He rides a slow mobile machine like a bike carrying his Blackberry and maintaining his Web connection while passing through several access points without the help of any DHCP server. He demonstrates this to a group of rich investors and asks for a hefty seed money to start his own cell phone company infrastructure. The investors:
