Write a function called synchronized Turtles. That takes in one argument, the number of turtles. It should create that number of turtles, giving each a different color and having them face in different directions equally spaced around the center. Then each turtle in turn should be asked to do one step of a series of movements. They should move outward from the middle, turn left and continue outward, and then spin 360 degrees. Next they should turn around and return back across the middle. Then they should turn right and move further, and finally spin again.
