Write a method called everyTwo which accepts 2 string as parameters. (The string are of equal even length). The method should return a string made of the first 2 chars of the first string, the frist 2 chars of the second string, the next 2 chars of the first string, the next two chars of the second string, etc.
Ex. if the strings passed in are "Cats" and "Dogs" the result would be "cadotsgs"
