How buffers are used when stream a video or a music from the internet to your computer. Please give short answers i dont need that much explanation.

A buffer ensures you have a constant data rate even when your internet connection has hickups.

So your buffer sits on your computer and always has the next bits of video or audio available so your video or music keeps playing when the connection fails for a short while.

adbusters is an oppressive not-for-profit organization, founded in 1989  determined to end capitalism. the goal is to  spread their message through a self published magazine (which contains no advertisements). the likely reason why adbusters publishes a magazine with spoof advertisements is that  adbusters wants to encourage consumers to think critically about ads.
