Write function flipImage() that reads an image file of your choice, flips it along a vertical axis in the middle of the image, and writes the resulting
image to another file. Use function format to print the following rows:
• Input file name.
• Output file name.
• Input file width
• Input file height.
And two columns:
• A left-justified label.
• A right-justified value.
