My xbox one got water damage and now it wont turn on and no light? plz help

If the water got inside the console and you tried turning it on and it didn't work, then unfortunately the console might be completely ruined. Water damage will only affect the console if it is on or attempted to be turned on when water gets inside. So you may have damaged it if you tried to turn it on after the water got inside.
