Project: Preparing a Support Plan Assignment Directions:
Think of an organization (business, religious Institution, volunteer organization, sports team, etc.) with which you have been involved.
Imagine outfitting it with an IT Infrastructure. Prepare a plan outlining how you would outfit your organization. Draw a map of a
network, connecting all the individuals. Give each individual a PC and printer, and lay out the design as best you can. The purpose of
this project is to begin working with these concepts, not to build a perfect network.
Assignment Guidelines:
Use PowerPoint's drawing tools to sketch your network. Use circles for people, squares for PCs, and lines or connectors for network
cable. Make sure you include servers.
