Well, some teachers are only working because they don't really have a choice. Some schools (like the school I go to) need the students to be at the school so they can get the full learning experience. I have a shop, which is metal fabrication, and most people can't weld, blacksmith, and do sheet metal work at home. Some students are also just hands on learners, and in school is better for them to learn. It's not the teachers fault some of them actully quit because they didn't want to risk it, but others need to work because they need to make money, and don't have another source of income. Most schools have other options like, hybrid, and full remote.
