You completed the systems design requirements for the business support system at New Century Wellness Group and decided to acquire a Vertical Application Package to fulfill the needs. Continue that review to include the Platform for the new system (Server Network or Cloud Based Network). As part of this Software Acquisition Phase 10 of this project, you will work with a new MCDM System that uses the checklist you completed in Phase 4. Those checklist items will become the questions you will use as part of your software evaluation process. In addition, you will use MCDM evaluation Spreadsheets for both the CRM System and the basic Hardware Requirements for the overall New Century system.
