You can use pen and highlighter tools to emphasize information on a slide during a powerpoint presentation. these tools are available from the
choose one answer.
a. set up group on the slide show tab.
b. animations tab.
c. slide show toolbar.
d. status bar.

All these tools are available from the C. Slideshow toolbar. In standard PowerPoint the path to find highlighters looks like this: Click on the Annotate Slides (this button looks like pen on the toolbar) => choose the pen type or highlighter you want. Mouse cursor should change to a dot which you can color however you want by choosing Ink Color option. Finally it's ready for work.
