True or false click an active placeholder border to change the line from dotted to solid

That is false. Remember that a placeholder are  boxes with dotted borders that hold content in its place on a slide layout. You can actually change the size of it and also font, size, case, color, or spacing of text within it and only within it. You cannnot change the line dotted to solid
