Over 50 and up to 100 - $0.50 each additional balloon
Over 100 - $0.25 each additional balloon
For example, if you buy 150 balloons, it will cost you:
First 50 = $50
Next 50 = $25
Next 50 = $12.50

Total 150 balloons = $87.50
