Write a parallel MPI program to calculate the sum of two vectors. Process 0 should read the numbers in each vector from an input file and distribute the data blocks
between all processes. Also process 0 print the resulting vector in the screen. The
input file may have two lines of data separated by a space for the vectors. For
example the following lines show two vector with 25 data:

The maximum number of data in each vector can be 1000000 integers
