Bom, eu tenho uma smart tv sony bravia. ela não abre imagem quando liga só aparece a blackligth, o sensor e o som. Já tentei dar o reset mais não funcionou (como não aparece imagem eu pesquisei na internet como faze-lo sem) lembro que antes de para disso acontecer a tv ficava bugando mudava as cores e depois de alguns minutos desligava.
