Design the following template using Bootstrap and JavaScript.
Collect data from user in two column form. The fields of data should be FirstName, LastName, Email, Contact Number, Gender (radio button) and Course (The course field should be a selection i. e., BSCS, MCS etc.). Note: Use of bootstrap grid and form classes is compulsory.
Upon Submission of the form the entered data should be saved in an un-ordered list created in a card format using bootstrap card classes on run-time using JavaScript all necessary messages should be displayed.
Also apply JavaScript form validation
