Create a class “Employee”. Also create two descendants (derived from employee class) “PermanentEmp” and “VisitingEmp”. The class Employee must have a data member’s id, name, address, email, and age. It contains a constructor to initialize the data members and pure virtual functions “getinfo ()”, “readinfo()” ,and “calsalary()” .The class "PermanentEmp" will have additional data members Joiningdate and Salary. The class "VisitingEmp" will have data members no_of_hours and rate_per_hour. Both classes contain constructor to initialize the data members.” Write a menu-driven program using the Switch case and do while to select any choice from multiple option to obtain desired result. If user enter 1 then it should get data of “PermanentEmp” from user and display annual income of the employee. If user enter 2 then it should get data of “VisitingEmp” from user and display per day income of the employee. Any other entered number will exit the program. Make sure you have implement the concept of polymorphism and pointer to object.
