Consider a sporting event where there are 4 referees. When a call is contested, each referee must vote to support (HIGH) or reject (LOW) the call. If there is a tie, the head referee breaks the tie and makes the decision. The head referee is part of the team of 4 referees. Design a system for determining the final decision based on the rules given above. Your implementation must only use data flow modeling and will have a single output representing the final decision. A HIGH value on the output represents supporting the original call while a LOW value on the output represents a rejection of the call. In this lab you will be implementing basic logic for determining the final decision of a referee. This laboratory will be entirely done using the Vivado tool for simulation.
