Python 3 programming project for beginners, please help.
1. Each print specified above (for county data), will return the same information for each
county so create a specify_print_format() function. This function will be used by the next
function and specifies the format for data printed.
2. Create a function for the county data: print_county_data(). This function will print the data
for each county. It will call the function specify_print_format().
3. Create a function for the highest income percentage data: print_highest_data(). This function
will calculate and return which county has the highest mean income in the state.
4. Create a function for the lowest income percentage data: print_lowest_data(). This function
will calculate and return which county has the lowest mean income in the state.
