This focus on health data processing – topics include but not limited to Structure, Array, File processing, etc. You will be given a .cvs (comma delimited) file which contains the Life Expentancy data in the US between 1985 till 2010.
Your program will prompt the user the location of the file, then read and load the data from the file; then able to perform basic statistic analysis and queries from the user.

Use Case A: "[Enter File Location)"
1. The user selects option a) from the menu
2. The user is asked to enter the file location (full path)
3. The program displays the main menu
Use Case B: "[Time Interval)"
1. The user selects option b) from the menu
2. The user is asked to enter the values the data from a particular period, e. g. 1985, 1990, etc

Use Case C: "[Get US Life Expectancy Data)"
1. The user selects option c) from the menu
2. The program displays:
a. The average MALE life expectaḥcy of all states within the given time from option B
b. The average FEMALE life expectancy of all states within the given time from option a.
c. The average life expectancy (both genders) of all states within the given time from option B
3. The program displays the main menu Use Case D: "[Get Statistical Values]"
1. The user selects option d) from the menu
2. The program displays a table with the statistics (for each time interval) for each gender and both genders
