Analog and digital signals:

Control systems such as an inverting op-amp arrangement are an instance of an analog signal that is easier to operate than the increasingly used digital control systems. Analog systems convert and transfer signals for either DC or AC high-powered systems.

Digital signals, on either hand, are increasingly prominent among chip manufacturers.

Digital signals are employed in a variety of applications and have become a way of life for the present generation. Mobile phones, laptops, digital televisions, and cameras, to name a few examples. Digital signals include things like memory and data storage. Signals should be stored in digital format since analog storage is challenging.

Analog storage is difficult and is best to store signals in digital format.
