Part 1. implement a 3-bit up counter using 3 tffs and an and gate. you can use jkffs (tie the j/k inputs to make tffs) or convert dff to tff, whichever preferred. use the 7-segment led to display the output. use bcd-to-7 segment decoder (74ls247) to convert the 4-bit binary values to be displayed in the 7-segment led.
