A bottle of a certain type of salad dress- ing can be considered to be a mixture of olive oil and vinegar. The oil has a density of 0.92 g/cm3 and the vinegar has a density of 1.01 g/cm3. If an unopened and unshaken bottle of dressing contains 3 in. of oil on top of 5 in. of vinegar, estimate the pressure acting on the bot- tom surface of the bottle.
